For the Cats of Milos is a charity dedicated to improving the lives of stray and suffering cats on the island of Milos Greece.
We work closely with the local Milos veterinarian and community volunteers to ensure every dollar raised goes directly towards urgent care, medical treatment, and sustainable sterilisation initiatives that prevent more animals from being born into hardship.

Emergency and preventative veterinary care
Ongoing sterilisation and vaccination programs
Food and feeding support for local volunteers caring for colony cats
Awareness and education campaigns promoting humane care and long-term change

UPDATES:
Hello everyone! UPDATE: On 11/3, we successfully transferred to the local vet of Milos a total of $1323.28 usd which equaled to 1113.12 Euros! Thank you to all who were a part of our first round of donations! This means she is able to fix up to 11 female stray kittens which includes medications required for these spay/neuterings such as sedation, general anesthesia, 2 weeks of antibiotics, pain relief, etc.
The local volunteers have so far trapped kitties in Sarakiniko, Adamantas, and Pollonia and today was the first fixing appointment of one of them, a female kitty in Adamantas. Yay to our first donation rescue, please see pics!
